Donate Berwick Health and Wellness Fund
The Berwick Health and Wellness Fund is the largest charitable fund of the Foundation. Created through the sale of the Berwick Hospital in 1999, with a value of approximately $30 million, the fund continues to make investments in Berwick, and the original Berwick Hospital service area, to promote individual and community health and well-being.
Designated
Donate Lisa's Kids Designated Fund (Berwick)
Lisa's Kids Designated Fund was created in memory of Lisa Canouse, a dedicated wife and mother who impacted the lives of many children in the Berwick Area School District through her passion and big heart. Following Lisa's heart to give to and care for the children of the Berwick area, the Fund was established to brighten the lives of children with special needs. Through grants to the BASD, the Fund will support life skills students K-12 who demonstrate financial need for necessities that help them thrive as individuals. In this way, the memory of Lisa Canouse and her unending love for her students will live on in the Berwick community.
