|Bittenbender-Henry Fund||Freddie Bittenbender-Henry was a member of the Foundation's founding board of directors, and uniquely understands the way generous hearts can make a difference in improving local communities. Freddie turned to the Foundation to meet her charitable goals through the creation of the Bittenbender-Henry Fund, which supports community programs and projects benefitting residents of the Shickshinny and Northwest Area School District service area.|
|Disaster Relief Fund||The Disaster Relief Fund coordinates initiatives and grants that support the Foundation's 5 1/2-county regional service area and its frontline nonprofits at times when it is most critical. In the midst of a disaster, the need in our community is great—we can achieve greater impact for our region when we work together!|
|Women's Giving Circle Fund||In 2016, 12 women from across the region came together to play an active role in changing the lives of women and girls in their communities. The Women's Giving Circle was established to empower, connect, and inspire women and girls by supporting initiatives and resources that better their lives. This dynamic group of women—now 70+ strong—continues to engage in new relationships, provide valuable grants to local organizations, and share their passions with the community. If your donation is for a Women's Giving Circle membership, please list the level in the comments box.|
|Kyle "Bucky" Kizis Memorial Scholarship Fund (Danville Area Community Foundation)||The Kyle "Bucky" Kizis Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Kyle, a Danville High School junior who passed away in March 2020. Kyle was a source of laughter for everyone that knew and loved him. He was a competitive and fun-loving member of the Ironmen baseball and bowling teams, and will be remembered for his charming personality and how easily he could make people smile. This fund will award a scholarship to a Danville Area High School graduating senior.|
